Here’s a look at the month that was for home prices and home sales in Redondo Beach during March. It was a great month both in terms of the number of homes that sold as well as the prices. There were 100 closed home sales in Redondo with another 115 going into escrow meaning that April sales should be even higher. The median home price for the homes that sold was an impressive $1,330,000.
