October a Great Month in Redondo Beach Real Estate Market
Welcome to the Redondo Beach real estate recap for October 2024
There were 55 closed homes in Redondo in October compared with 48 in September, 57 in August, and 50 in July.
The average asking list price of the homes that sold was $1,742,189 with the average sold price at $1,705,178 which was a huge increase over the average price of $1,506,876 in September.
Homes averaged $881 per square foot which was fairly similar to September and August. Homes averaged 40 days on market which was about 25% longer than the previous month.
