If you’re looking for a one bedroom condo in Brookside Village this is a good week for you.  In the last 2 days we’ve seen 2 new listings hit the market in the community.

The latest condo listed is a  ground floor larger one bedroom on Prospect.  The home offers almost 750 square feet making for large spaces and an open feel.  The home has been updated witg wood floors, a relatively newer kitchen with granite counterops, stainless appliances, glass mosiac tile backsplash and a remodeled bathroom.

The location overlooks Prospect so it’s a bit on the noisier side but the bedroom isn’t greatly impacted by road noise being away from the street.  Given the location and condition it’s priced well in our opinion.

We’re not quite sure where the price came from on this one as the list price of $650,000 is more in line with 2 bedroom condos in the community and the other 2 current one bedroom units are priced at $535,000 and $549,000.

It’s been a good few days if you are a buyer interested in Brookside Village.  902 Camino Real #208 is the second 2 bedroom to hit the market this week.
