It was a great month for home sales and property prices in Redondo Beach. It was slower than the previous year with only 79 home sales compared with a pretty incredible 110 in September 2020. The median sales price was $1,375,000 compared with $1,149,000 a year earlier. Homes averaged only 14 days on market before going into escrow.
