Brookside Village is located in South Redondo but very close to the border with Torrance. Many of the areas of Torrance, especially the ones bordering Redondo in the Hollywood Riviera and South Torrance have a similar look and feel. In general Torrance has always been a lower price option to Redondo and that’s still true most of the time.
