The latest condo to hit the market in South Redondo’s Brookside Village is a first floor 3 bedroom in a pretty ideal location within the community.

The condo is in nice condition with a nicely remodeled layout and, as mentioned, a great location. That said this would be a record breaking sale by a considerable margin at the $1,190,000 list price. The previous high sale in Brookside was 830 Camino Real Unit#201 which sold in 2022. It’s hard to believe but that one was actually listed at $869,000 and sold at $1,125,000!
The community amenities are plentiful with beautifully landscaped grounds, tennis courts, fitness center, two beautiful pool and spa areas, clubhouse and even some river and ponds featuring Koi fish.
