pent up demand caused by the uncertainty in April and May. The median home price for the properties that sold in July was an extremely impressive $1,298,000.

First Half Recap – Home Sales in Brookside Village Through June 23
With the first half of 2020 winding down it’s time for a look back at the year so far. There have been 9 closed condo sales in Brookside Village. The median “list” price of those homes was $575,000 with the median “sold” price of $579,000 and a median price per square foot of $615.38. The average days on market was a very short 23…..all of this indicating high demand and a very strong “sellers market”.
