The numbers are in and July was a big month for real estate in Redondo Beach. There were 93 home sales in July which was a huge month and really indicated the
pent up demand caused by the uncertainty in April and May. The median home price for the properties that sold in July was an extremely impressive $1,298,000.

First Half Recap – Home Sales in Brookside Village Through June 23
With the first half of 2020 winding down it’s time for a look back at the year so far. There have been 9 closed condo sales in Brookside Village. The median “list” price of those homes was $575,000 with the median “sold” price of $579,000 and a median price per square foot of $615.38. The average days on market was a very short 23…..all of this indicating high demand and a very strong “sellers market”.
