New Construction Townhomes in Redondo Beach – The Sunset and The Foundry off of 190th
There isn’t much in the way of new construction “complexes” in the South Bay and Redondo Beach due to the fact that finding large pieces of
land is a real challenge. Once in a while the city allows land to be rezoned from commercial to residential and the result is new construction on a larger scale than the usual 2 on a lot townhome situation. The most recent example are two new complexes off of 190th.
One is called The Sunset which consists of 20 new townhomes developed by Anastai Developement and The Foundry townhomes developed by Shea Homes.

The Sunset townhomes are all 4 bedroom 4 bath with a little over 1,800 square feet on two levels.
The Foundry offers both 3 and 4 bedroom layouts.
