The newest listing in the condo complex of Brookside Village in South Redondo Beach is an extensivley updated and opened first floor unit.
Well located and beautiful (in our opinion). This is one of the nicer condos to hit the market in a while in Brookside Village. The sellers did an extensive remodel and they not only did the cosmetic work, but opened up the floorplan AND added interior laundry which is very rare in Brookside Village.
The living, dining, kitchen offers an open-concept floor plan for the modern lifestyle. Some of the upgrades include hardwood floors, recessed lighting, soft-close kitchen cabinets, a spacious island with a breakfast bar, stainless steel appliances.

The latest condo to sell in South Redondo’s Brookside Village was a beautiful top floor remodeled condo. The listing shows as a 1 bedroom but it’s actually a 1 bedroom + loft which can be used as another bedroom. The condo was listed at $659,999 and sold just above full price.
The top floor location makes for a much roomier feel with vaulted ceilings, extra windows, great light and of course the loft. The home has been beautifully remodeled with an upgraded and opened kitchen, new bath, hardwood floors and more. It’s beautiful and sitting inside the complex has a nice quiet location.
We had mentioned when we first posted about the listing that we thought it was priced on the high side given that the higher end 1 bedrooms (without loft) maxed out at $550,000 we’re happy to report that it sold at a big price. The unit next door at 605 S Prospect Avenue Unit#302(same layout but not as upgraded) sold for $600,000 just about a year ago in December 2022.

The latest condo to hit the market in South Redondo’s Brookside Village is a first floor 3 bedroom in the middle of the complex with a nice and quiet location.
