It was a good day if you’re a buyer looking at a condo in Brookside Village. 2 new listings hit the market today and both
are worth a look. The first is a 2 bedrooms 1st floor unit at 637 S Prospect #105 that is priced at $690,000. Although the pictures don’t really do it justice it has been upgraded a bit with a newer kitchen and new flooring.
