It’s been a slow month or two with very little to report on.  The only home that closed escrow in April was a top floor 2 bedroom located int the 631 Prospect building.  This condo faced Prospect which alway lessens the value just a bit.  The top floor unit had some moderate, but nice updates and upgrades including newer flooring throughout and an updated kitchen.

There were 19 condo sales in the condo complex of Brookside Village in South Redondo in 2022. The average list price was $722,842 and the average sold price was $757,684.

Home Sales and Home Prices in Redondo Beach in February 2022

Take a look at the February 2022 real estate recap for the month that was in Redondo Beach CA.  Below is a full list of the homes, townhomes and condos that sold in all of Redondo Beach during February.  There were 25 sales in north Redondo and 12 in south Redondo Beach.

It was a very slow slow month for closed home sales in Redondo with only 37 on MLS homes closing escrow during the month.  Compare that to the 71 homes that closed escrow in December and it’s not hard to see just how slow the market was.

The average “list” price in Redondo was $1,244,162 with the average sold price at $1,330,530 meaning that, in general, homes sold WAY higher than the list price. Of the 37 homes one sale was in Brookside Village and was a one bedroom 2nd floor condo that sold at $551,000

A Trio Of Condo Sales in Brookside Village During October

October saw an incredible 97 homes sell in Redondo Beach in October and 3 of those sales were condos in South Redondo’s Brookside Village.  The three condos that closed escrow were 816 Camino Real #203 which was a 2 bed, 2 bath top floor unit that closed at $649,000.  The sedond was 601 Prospect #101 which was a very nicely updated first floor 2 bed/2 bath condo that closed at $655,000.  The last of the trio was 900 Camino Real #102 which was another ground floor unit with 2 beds and 2 baths and it closed at an impresive $680,000.   See all of the most recent sales on our Brookside Village recent sales page.
