Welcome to the October real estate review at a glance.  Redondo Beach  saw 96 on market property sales closing during the month which made for a very big month for the city.  The median “sold” price was $1,356,000 and the average days on market (DOM) was a brief 18 before going into escrow and the average price per foot was $848. The latest sale in Brookside Village was a nice and well maintained lower floor 2 bedroom condo.  The condo overlooked the water features of the community and happens to be one of our favorite spots with it’s tranquil setting.  The home was listed for $650,000 and sold at $675,000 after a month on the market.  The condo had had some upgrading done over the years and was in great condition with a clean and uncluttered look and feel.  Click here to view all  of the recent condo sales in Brookside Village.

A Trio Of Condo Sales in Brookside Village During October

October saw an incredible 97 homes sell in Redondo Beach in October and 3 of those sales were condos in South Redondo’s Brookside Village.  The three condos that closed escrow were 816 Camino Real #203 which was a 2 bed, 2 bath top floor unit that closed at $649,000.  The sedond was 601 Prospect #101 which was a very nicely updated first floor 2 bed/2 bath condo that closed at $655,000.  The last of the trio was 900 Camino Real #102 which was another ground floor unit with 2 beds and 2 baths and it closed at an impresive $680,000.   See all of the most recent sales on our Brookside Village recent sales page.

Ok so this is definitely not in the same price range as the condos of Brookside Village but still fun to see what homes are selling for nearbyCoastline of Redondo Beach and the Hollywood Riviera (also tells you how reasonable Brookside Village prices are) The highest priced home sale of October was a beautiful single family home in South Redondo at 550 S Helberta Avenue. The home was listed for $3,550,000 and closed escrow at an impressive $3,811,000 after only a few days on the market. View all of the homes that sold in Redondo Beach during October.
