**This is an older post and this home has had the price improved several times.  Most of the information below is accurate but may be outdated.

The latest condo to hit the market in South Redondo’s Brookside Village is a 1st floor 2 bedroom listed for $780,000.  The last few 2 bedroom condos were listed at $749,000, $670,000 and $660,000 so this certainly appears to be on the high side, but who knows what the market will bear in the current market conditions.

The home is by Lisa Oliveras & Ramsey Oliveras of Estate Properties.

The condo is nice and bright and is located in a relatively quiet part of the community.  This well maintained unit offers some updates throughout including laminate floors, update baths, opened kitchen and more.

The community amenities are plentiful with beautifully landscaped grounds, tennis courts, fitness center, two beautiful pool and spa areas, clubhouse and even some river and ponds featuring Koi fish.  It’s a very pleasant and friendly community.  Brookside offers a great location close to the beach, Riviera Village and central to endless activities.

Welcome to the Redondo Beach real estate recap for September 2024. North Redondo Beach homes

There were 48 homes, townhomes and condos that sold and closed escrow compared with 57 in August, 50 in July, 42 in June, 58 in May.

The average listing price was $1,503,339 with the average sold price at $1,506,876 which was a slight drop from the $1,514,501 average in August.  

$895 was the average price per square foot for the homes that sold which was very similar to August and slightly down from July.  Homes averaged 34 days on market before going into escrow.

One of the 48 homes that sold was a condo in Brookside Village.  814 Camino Real Unit#201 was a 3 bedroom condo that was listed for $800,000 and sold for $830,000.
