Prospect #207. The condo overlooks the guest parking area out front so the view isn’t much but there is a nice sense of space out front. The condo itself is in fairly original condition with a few cosmetic updates over the years. The home is listed at a probate sale but it’s unclear whether there is court confirmation required.
