2 New Listings in Brookside Village on the Same Day

It was a good day if you’re a buyer looking at a condo in Brookside Village. 2 new listings hit the market today and bothBrookside Village condos Redondo Beach are worth a look. The first is a 2 bedrooms 1st floor unit at 637 S Prospect #105 that is priced at $690,000.  Although the pictures don’t really do it justice it has been upgraded a bit with a newer kitchen and new flooring.

The second is another, slightly larger, 2 bedroom first floor condo at 641 S Prospect #101 that is priced at $699,000.    This home also has an updated kitchen and a nice sunny patio.  The third home currently on the market (as of 5/17) is a 3 bedroom top floor unit with vaulted ceilings and great natural light.  The home had been in escrow but recently fell out and is back on the market.

Real estate recap for Redondo Beach in April 2023

April home sales were still a bit slower in Redondo Beach real estate with only 42 closed home sales but that was a definite improvement from the extremely slow start to the year.

The average “list” price was $1,589,138 with the average sold price at $1,589,782 which was considerably higher than the average price in March which was $1,423,964.

Homes averaged $857 a square foot and averaged 40 days on market before going into pending status.

Three of the sales were in Brookside Village:

  • 830 Camino Real #203 – $541,000
  • 631 S Prospect #202 – $690,000
  • 605 S Prospect #107 – $750,000

Welcome to the monthly real estate recap for Redondo Beach in March 2023Outdoor patios in Redondo Beach

March home sales were still a bit slower in Redondo Beach real estate with only 43 closed home sales but that was a definite improvement from the extremely slow January and February.

The average asking price was $1,435,466 with the average close price at $1,423,964.

Homes averaged $801 per square foot and 51 days on market.

None of the homes that sold were in Brookside Village.
