It was a great month for real estate in Redondo Beach.  There were an impressive  110 home, condo and townhomes sold in September.  3 of the home sales were in Brookside Village. Compare that with just 63 sales in September of 2019!  Equally impressive was the median home sales price of $1,249,000 and only 27 days on market.

Redondo Beach Home Sales in August

August was a huge month for home sales in the coastal community of Redondo Beach with 103 homes that sold during the month which was the highest single sales month since August 2017. The prices were equally impressive with the median “list” price at $1,075,000 and the median “sold” price at $1,050,000 meaning that homes sold very close to full price. The average price per foot was $691.

4 of the sales during the month were in Brookside Village with some record setting numbers.

Redondo Beach Home Sales and Home Prices in July 2020

The numbers are in and July was a big month for real estate in Redondo Beach.  There were 93 home sales in July which was a huge month and really indicated theLuxury interior spaces - Harriman Lane pent up demand caused by the uncertainty in April and May.  The median home price for the properties that sold in July was an extremely impressive $1,298,000.
