Flying a bit under the radar is 824 Camino Real Unit#206 which came on the market about 45 days ago. This is a 3 bed 2 bath top floor condo with a spacious 1,290 square feet. Unfortunately we don’t know much about this unit as it doesn’t show up in some home searches and the pictures don’t give much of an idea of the condition. It appears to be fairly nicely updated but it’s a bit tough to tell from the photos. This would have been an unheard of price just a few months back but with another 3 bedroom at 830 Camino Real Unit#201 selling for $256,000 over the asking price and closing at an astounding $1,125,000 this might just sell at or near this price. The marketing, staging etc were completely different for the other condo but in this market that may not make a difference.

Ave # 104. The home has a nice clean look perfect for the beach lifestyle with white cabinetry, a very open layout, hardwood floors and more.
Prospect #207. The condo overlooks the guest parking area out front so the view isn’t much but there is a nice sense of space out front. The condo itself is in fairly original condition with a few cosmetic updates over the years. The home is listed at a probate sale but it’s unclear whether there is court confirmation required. We’ll post more on that when we get additional info.
Despite the unit number it’s not on the top floor as this is one of the larger buildings with 3 levels. The condo is in great shape with wood flooring, updated kitchen and a nice upgraded look and feel. The biggest drawback is that it doesn’t have much open space out front off of the balcony as it’s somewhat tucked behind another building.
