bedrooms, 2 baths and and just under 1300 square feet. The home has been updated and remodeled and was originally priced at $900,000. The home had extensive updates with a chic and hip look and almost 1,300 square feet.

The newest addition to the real estate market in South Redondo Beach and Brookside Village is a ground floor 2 bedroom condo that just hit the market. The home is partially updated with newer kitchen, newer laminate floors and we think priced well for the condition.

It was a solid month in terms of the number of homes sold for Redondo Beach real estate with 51 closed escrows.
Prices were definitely impressive with an average active price of $1,602,539 and an average sold price at $1,637,669. Once again homes generally sold above the list price. The median sold price for the month was $1,515,000
Homes averaged a very brief 22 days on market before going into escrow.
