Welcome to the October real estate review at a glance.  Redondo Beach  saw 96 on market property sales closing during the month which made for a very big month for the city.  The median “sold” price was $1,356,000 and the average days on market (DOM) was a brief 18 before going into escrow and the average price per foot was $848. Dare to Dream – S Redondo’s Top Sale of the Month Closes at $3.8M

Ok so this is definitely not in the same price range as the condos of Brookside Village but still fun to see what homes are selling for nearbyCoastline of Redondo Beach and the Hollywood Riviera (also tells you how reasonable Brookside Village prices are) The highest priced home sale of October was a beautiful single family home in South Redondo at 550 S Helberta Avenue. Welcome to the real estate report for Redondo Beach home sales in October 2021.   It was another great month for home sales in Redondo Beach CA with a very impressive 97 on market property sales closing.   The only problem is that “active” listings continued to fall meaning even more pressure on a tight housing market with little to buy out there.

The average “list” price was $1,370,912 with the average “sold” price at $1,416,929 meaning that homes generally sold WAY higher than the asking price. Average days on market was a very short 20 before going into escrow and the average price per foot was $848.
