There’s a new condo on the market in Brookside Village and it’s a top floor corner unit with some nice updates.  The pictures make it a bit hard to tell but the kitchen has been updated with nice grey shaker cabinets, stainless steel appliances, countertops and more.  The home also has nice vinyl plank flooring throughout.

The condo is listed by Chuck Wilson of Real Estate Of  South Bay, Inc.

802 Camino Real is one of the furthest north buildings and one of the 3 story buildings that have elavators.  The 3 story buildings have a look and feel a bit more like an apartment than the smaller 2 story buildings but the higher elevation and vaulted ceilings make this a bit different.

The condo last sold in 2017 for $520,000 but has been extensively updated since then.

It’s nice to see a new listing hit the market in the Brookside Village condo complex in South Redondo.   830 Camino Real #103 has been somewhat updated over the years and offers a nice clean and well taken care of interior.

The condo is listed by Andrea Alegria of ACE Realty, Inc.

#103 has clearly had some updates and upgrades over the years, but doesn’t have that higher end remodel that some recent listings have had.

The single level condo offers 722 sq feet (BTV) and some updates including luxury vinyl plank flooring, and updated shower.  Some of the other features in the kitchen have been updated but it doesn’t appear to be all that recent.  The unit last sold in 2012 for $279,000.

One of the more recent one bedroom sales was a very updated unit at 802 Camino Real #105 that was a bit smaller but listed at the same $545,000 price and sold at $520,000.  We think that 803 #103 has a better location.

Another new listing just hit the market and it’s quite similar to the last listing in the complex at 603 S Prospect Avenue Unit#105 which was listed about a month ago at $540,000 and is now in escrow.

This newest addition to the market is a ground floor end unit in one of the larger 3 story buildings in the north of the community.  The home has some nice updates including recessed lights, new luxury vinyl plank floors, newer kitchen cabinets, stainless appliances, stone counters and a breakfast bar area.
