The latest condo to hit the market in South Redondo’s Brookside Village is a beautifully updated 2nd floor unit that we’ve now seen several times in the past few years.  The current owners paid $1,125,000 back in 2022 (home was listed at $869,000!) so at the list price of $975,000 they’re quite a bit underwater.  That said we envision this selling above the list price given the other current 3 bedroom is listed at $1,190,000

The home is by Susan Jensen & Allison Baldocchi of Pacifica Properties Group, Inc.

This top floor unit is a spacious and britht 3 bedroom with a 175 square foot loft (per listing they are not including this in the total square footage)  The home has been beautifully remodeled with some of the highlights being stacked stone living room wall with electric fireplace, spacious kitchen with sleek contrasting cabinets,stainless appliances, white oak engineered flooring, along with nicely updated bathrooms.

The latest condo to hit the market in South Redondo’s Brookside Village is a 1st floor 2 bedroom in nice condition.  The last few 2 bedroom condos were listed at $780,000 (still on the market) $749,000, $670,000 and $660,000 so we think this one is priced a bit on the high side for the condition and location but without much on the market only time will tell.

The home is by Lisa Oliveras & Ramsey Oliveras of Estate Properties.

The condo is nice and bright with some moderate updates but some original or long ago updates that might warrant some future updates.  That said the home appears to be very well taken care of.
