What a Spring It’s Been For Condo Sales in Brookside Village

While the rest of the real estate market in Redondo Beach and much of the South Bay may be slow, that’s definitely not the case in BrooksideBrookside Village community amenities Village.  What a month it’s been with 8 homes closing escrow in the past 30 days (as of 5/25), 2 condos currently in escrow and only one active home for sale in Brookside Village.

It certainly makes sense as Brookside Village is the most affordable complex in South Redondo and with higher interest rates, these lower priced homes (compared to the rest of Redondo Beach) are definitely going to have an appeal.
