There were 658 condos, townhomes and homes sold during last year. The median sales price was an impressive $1,450,000 with an average price of $849 per square foot.
Homes averaged only 18 days on market before going into escrow.

tour this the other day and liked it for the price. It faces north towards the parking so it’s unfortunately pretty dark but the home is in nice condtion with an upgraded kitchen and bath. The listing states that it’s a pretty extensive remodel with new kitchen and bath, new flooring and more.
Despite the lower level location it’s nice and bright and has a great beachy look and feel. The kitchen has been opened up to the living and dining area to create a very nice living area. The home has a few dated features but overall has been renovated throughout.
