It’s been a while since this condo actually sold but we would be remiss if we didn’t mention it due to the price. This sold back in July but
given that it was listed (somewhat appropriately at the time) at $895,000 and it closed at a jaw dropping $1,015,000! The top floor 3 bedroom was very nicely remodeled but the price is still unbelievable and with interest rates rising and the market slowing….it may be a while before we see another million dollar plus condo sale in Brookside Village.
