While the rest of the real estate market in Redondo Beach and much of the South Bay may be slow, that’s definitely not the case in Brookside
Village. What a month it’s been with 8 homes closing escrow in the past 30 days (as of 5/25), 2 condos currently in escrow and only one active home for sale in Brookside Village.
It certainly makes sense as Brookside Village is the most affordable complex in South Redondo and with higher interest rates, these lower priced homes (compared to the rest of Redondo Beach) are definitely going to have an appeal.

It was a good day if you’re a buyer looking at a condo in Brookside Village. 2 new listings hit the market today and both
are worth a look. The first is a 2 bedrooms 1st floor unit at 637 S Prospect #105 that is priced at $690,000. Although the pictures don’t really do it justice it has been upgraded a bit with a newer kitchen and new flooring.
The second is another, slightly larger, 2 bedroom first floor condo at 641 S Prospect #101 that is priced at $699,000. This home also has an updated kitchen and a nice sunny patio. The third home currently on the market (as of 5/17) is a 3 bedroom top floor unit with vaulted ceilings and great natural light. The home had been in escrow but recently fell out and is back on the market.
