It certainly makes sense as Brookside Village is the most affordable complex in South Redondo and with higher interest rates, these lower priced homes (compared to the rest of Redondo Beach) are definitely going to have an appeal.

tour this the other day and liked it for the price. It faces north towards the parking so it’s unfortunately pretty dark but the home is in nice condtion with an upgraded kitchen and bath. The listing states that it’s a pretty extensive remodel with new kitchen and bath, new flooring and more.
Despite the lower level location it’s nice and bright and has a great beachy look and feel. The kitchen has been opened up to the living and dining area to create a very nice living area. The home has a few dated features but overall has been renovated throughout.
condo was an upper level 3 bedroom with loft located at 830 Camino Real Unit#201. The condo had undergone an extensive remodel and had a very hip and updated look and feel. The very open and bright layout offered almost 1,300 square feet on 2 levels. Take a look!
Despite the unit number it’s not on the top floor as this is one of the larger buildings with 3 levels. The condo is in great shape with wood flooring, updated kitchen and a nice upgraded look and feel. The biggest drawback is that it doesn’t have much open space out front off of the balcony as it’s somewhat tucked behind another building.
