Ave # 104. The home has a nice clean look perfect for the beach lifestyle with white cabinetry, a very open layout, hardwood floors and more.
Prospect #207. The condo overlooks the guest parking area out front so the view isn’t much but there is a nice sense of space out front. The condo itself is in fairly original condition with a few cosmetic updates over the years. The home is listed at a probate sale but it’s unclear whether there is court confirmation required. We’ll post more on that when we get additional info.
Despite the unit number it’s not on the top floor as this is one of the larger buildings with 3 levels. The condo is in great shape with wood flooring, updated kitchen and a nice upgraded look and feel.
