The updated 3 bedroom condo had some very optimistic pricing in mind when it originally listed in July 2025 for a record setting list price of $1,190,000 but after several price reductions and several months on the market, the 1st floor unit closed at $920,000.

For the moment the days of record prices are behind us with another 3 bedroom unit selling at a very reasonable price.
824 Camino Real #101 was listed by Piper Moretti of The Crypto Realty Group.
The other 2 recent sales were priced quite agressively with the clean but original 824 Camino Real #106 hitting the market at $849,000 and selling at $850,000 and the beautifully updated 830 Camino Real #201 listed for $975,000 and selling for $1,025,000.
824 Camino Real #101 was in turn key condition with a nicely remodeled layout and a great location near the water features.
The community amenities are plentiful with beautifully landscaped grounds, tennis courts, fitness center, two beautiful pool and spa areas, clubhouse and even some river and ponds featuring Koi fish. It’s a very pleasant and friendly community. Brookside offers a great location close to the beach, Riviera Village and central to endless activities.

One of a few 3 bedroom condo sales in South Redondo’s Brookside Village was another well priced listing that didn’t last long. The first floor condo was well located, well priced and sold just above full price. The home sold after a very brief 9 days on market.
The home is by Kathy Siegel of Vista Sotheby’s International.
The condo was a combo of some original features and some updates. The updates included hardwood floors in the dining area, double pane windows, and newer carpet. The home was located near the main pool and actually has a bit of a view of the pool and jacuzzi area without being too close.

There’s a new condo on the market in Brookside Village and it’s a top floor corner unit with some nice updates. The pictures make it a bit hard to tell but the kitchen has been updated with nice grey shaker cabinets, stainless steel appliances, countertops and more. The home also has nice vinyl plank flooring throughout.
The condo is listed by Chuck Wilson of Real Estate Of South Bay, Inc.
802 Camino Real is one of the furthest north buildings and one of the 3 story buildings that have elavators. The 3 story buildings have a look and feel a bit more like an apartment than the smaller 2 story buildings but the higher elevation and vaulted ceilings make this a bit different.
The condo last sold in 2017 for $520,000 but has been extensively updated since then.
