Redondo Beach Home Sales and Prices in 2022

Let’s take a glance at the Redondo Beach real estate market in 2022. It was a fantastic year for home sales and home prices in both north and south Redondo.    There were 658 condos, townhomes and homes sold during last year. The median sales price was an impressive $1,450,000 with an average price of $849 per square foot.

Homes averaged only 18 days on market before going into escrow.

19 of the properties that sold were located in Brookside Village. Take a look at the Brookside Village condo sales in 2022.

Another One Bedroom Condo in Brookside Village for Sale

The newest condo to hit the market in Brookside Village is a ground floor 1 bedroom located at 605 S Prospect Avenue Unit#205, Redondo Beach, CA 90277.    The 2nd floor location means that is located on the same level as the carport, so there are no stairs from the carport area to the condo.  The interior has been upgraded with new flooring and a newer kitchen.

Welcome to the month that was for home sales in Redondo Beach California.

October 2022 was slower in Redondo Beach real estate with only 50 closed home sales.  Prices, however, remained very strong.

Homes list price averaged $1,516,268 with the average sold price at $1,512,320meaning that, in general, homes sold very close to full price.

The homes that sold averaged $857 per square foot and averaged only 31 days as active before going into pending status.

None of the homes that sold were in Brookside Village.

One Bedroom Condo in Brookside Village Hits the Market at $560,000

The newest condo to hit the market in Brookside Village is a ground floor 1 bedroom located at 605 S Prospect #106.  We had the chance to tour this the other day and liked it for the price.  It faces north towards the parking so it’s unfortunately pretty dark but the home is in nice condtion with an upgraded kitchen and bath.  The listing states that it’s a pretty extensive remodel with new kitchen and bath, new flooring and more.
