Just when we thought housing inventory couldn’t go any lower in Redondo Beach…..it drops once again. Inventory of Redondo Beach homes for sale historically dips a bit as we approach the holidays, as owners don’t want the hassle of showings and open houses during the holidays, but the level of available home inventory is starting to be a real concern. Considering that there were 125 homes for sale in December of 2020 it’s not hard to see how only 19 homes on the market is a major concern. The current market is just about perfect for home sellers but that’s definitely the opposite for home buyers at the moment. Ok so this is definitely not in the same price range as the condos of Brookside Village but still fun to see what homes are selling for nearby
