2019 was a very solid year for home sales in Brookside Village with home prices continuing to rise. There were 19 condos sold in Brookside 
Village during the year with a median “list” price of $575,000 and a median sold price $579,000. This was a great indication that it was a definite seller’s market in this small community. Average days on market was only 23 and the price per square foot averaged around $587.

The median list price for all of Redondo Beach in November was $1,039,500 and the median sales price was $1,032,500 indicating a very solid seller’s market. Those numbers indicate that homes are selling very close to their list price indicating a solid buyer demand.
