The average list price for the condos that closed escrow was $685,500 while the average sold price was $733,500 so homes sold WAY over the actual asking price. The average price per foot was an impressive $817.

In addition there another 2 condos currently in escrow so what a few months it has been. t was a bit slower in terms of the number of homes that sold but all of the other stats more than made up for it. Homes generally went into escrow in just about a week and sold over $100,000 above the list prices (on average)

staged so it’s a bit different when actually seeing it, but it’s a bright and open unit with a real luxury beach feel to it. Muted colors, open spaces and lots of upgrades.
Brookside Village is the most affordable complex in South Redondo Beach and the 90277 zip code and offers some great amenities including 2 pools, landscaped and lush grounds with multiple rivers and water features, clubhouse, fitness area and tennis courts.

The latest condo to hit the market in the community of Brookside Village is a nicely remodeled first floor 2 bedroom located at 611 S Prospect
Ave # 104. The home has a nice clean look perfect for the beach lifestyle with white cabinetry, a very open layout, hardwood floors and more.

A new 2nd story top floor home just hit the market in Brookside Village and it’s a very nice 2 bedroom condo and it’s located at 615 S
Prospect #207. The condo overlooks the guest parking area out front so the view isn’t much but there is a nice sense of space out front. The condo itself is in fairly original condition with a few cosmetic updates over the years. The home is listed at a probate sale but it’s unclear whether there is court confirmation required. We’ll post more on that when we get additional info.

A new condo listing just hit the market in Brookside Village and it’s a very nice 2nd story one bedroom condo in the 607 S Prospect building. 
Despite the unit number it’s not on the top floor as this is one of the larger buildings with 3 levels. The condo is in great shape with wood flooring, updated kitchen and a nice upgraded look and feel. The biggest drawback is that it doesn’t have much open space out front off of the balcony as it’s somewhat tucked behind another building.
