Brookside Village along with most of Redondo Beach, had a great year in terms of both the number of homes sold and the prices. The demand for homes in Redondo was solid for the entire year. As Brookside is the most affordable community in a location so close to the beach, homes often sold quickly. The average days on market was only 30 and the median days on market was an impressive 14. Given that the home at 605 S Prospect AV #303 took 150 days to sell it’s even more impressive.
