It’s also due in part to sellers pricing a bit too high based on previous sales. The lowest price so far was $465,000 for a one bedroom at 641 S Prospect #203 which sold over list price and was in escrow after only 4 days. The high price was for a 3 bedroom unit at 643 S. Prospect #101 which was listed at $669,000 and is currently in escrow. As the sales price hasn’t been released it’s currently unknown. As it went into escrow after only 8 days it is likely to have sold at or over full price. It was one of the nicest units we’ve seen in Brookside Village as they had done a major remodel.
