Redondo Beach Home Sales in July 2023826 Camino Real Brookside Village

It was a solid month in terms of the number of homes sold for Redondo Beach real estate with 51 closed escrows.

Prices were definitely impressive with an average active price of $1,602,539 and an average sold price at $1,637,669.  Once again homes generally sold above the list price.  The median sold price for the month was $1,515,000

Homes averaged a very brief 22 days on market before going into escrow.

One of the sales were in Brookside Village:

  • 826 Camino Real #201 which was a 3 bedroom and sold for $910,300

What a Spring It’s Been For Condo Sales in Brookside Village

While the rest of the real estate market in Redondo Beach and much of the South Bay may be slow, that’s definitely not the case in BrooksideBrookside Village community amenities Village.  What a month it’s been with 8 homes closing escrow in the past 30 days (as of 5/25), 2 condos currently in escrow and only one active home for sale in Brookside Village.

It certainly makes sense as Brookside Village is the most affordable complex in South Redondo and with higher interest rates, these lower priced homes (compared to the rest of Redondo Beach) are definitely going to have an appeal.
