Real Estate in South Redondo's most affordable community

Since There’s No Listings in Brookside Village…..Oceanview Condo Anyone?

Since it’s slow going in Brookside Village with nothing on the market as of 4/23 how about we talk about another South Redondo condoThe Village oceanview condos Redondo Beach complex that often has similar buyers.   660 The Village #306 is priced at $619,000 which is definitely likely to sell much higher given that the last top floor unit just closed at an unprecedented $700,000.  That unit in the 630 building did have additional value as the 630 building has 2 levels of parking meaning the building is higher, it was several units closer to the water so better views, and the 630 building is further from Catalina Ave so a bit less road noise, but this is still priced to get considrable interest.  The condo at 660 The Village #306 has been updated, and certainly appears very well taken care of.

Welcome to the February real estate review for all of Redondo Beach.  February was a very good month for home sales and home prices in the city of Redondo Beach CA with 60 closed home sales in February. The median “list” price of $1,199,450 and a median “sold” price of $1,237,500 indicating that the very favorable market for sellers continues to steam ahead. The median price per foot was $684. The Year in Review – 2020 Redondo Beach Real Estate Recap

Let’s take a look back on the year that was in Redondo Beach…..It was quite a year it was for the Redondo Beach real estate market.  There were 829 on MLS home and property sales compared with 861 in 2019.  The median sales price was a very impressive $1,250,000.  The homes only averaged 29 days on market before selling and the average price per foot was up quite a bit from 2019 to $651 a foot in 2020.

Only One Condo Currently on the Market in Brookside Village

It’s a slow start for real estate in Brookside Village as there  is currently only one home on the market in the community.  As os 1/14 the only active listing is at 605 S Prospect #105.  This is a first floor one bedroom that has been nicely update.  The condo features 1 bed, 1 bath, approx 669 square feet. The HOA dues are approximately $402 and the Brookside Village community amenities are fantastic.
