November Home Sales and Prices in Redondo BeachHistoric homes in Old Torrance

Take a look at the Redondo Beach homes that sold last month in Redondo Beach CA.

November was a surprisingly good month in terms of the number of homes sold for Redondo Beach real estate with 48 compared to 51 in October.   Prices were also higher in November compared to the prior month.

The average “asking” price was $1,528,958 with the average sold price at $1,514,927 which was a nice increase from the $1,466,546 October average.

Homes averaged $881 a square foot. Homes that sold averaged 35 days on market before going into pending status.

Only one condo sold in Brookside Village during the month.  800 Camino Real Unit#204 was a one bedroom that sold for $560,000

Take a look at the Redondo Beach homes that sold last month.

It was a busier month in terms of the number of homes sold for Redondo Beach real estate with 51 compared to 40 in September.   Price were quite a bit lower but that was due to a few HUGE home sales in September that drove up the average.

The average “list” price was $1,466,377 with the average sold price at $1,466,546 which is pretty incredible.

Homes averaged $881 a square foot. Homes that sold averaged 35 days on market before going into pending status.

It was a solid month for condo sales in Brookside Village with 3 closed escrows during October.  The most impressive was a 2 bedroom at 631 S Prospect Avenue Unit#101 that sold for $41,000 over list price.

It’s been a slow month in Brookside Village with little to talk about as there have not been any new listings in a while.  That said there was a recent sale and it was an impressive number.  This was a beautifully remodeled ground floor 2 bedroom condo that was listed for $699,000 and sold for $740,000.

The condo was beautifully remodeled with wood flooring, remodeled kitchen and baths and even has interior laundry which is a definite rarity in Brookside.

As we mentioned when this home was listed, we had a feeling that the condo would sell quickly and for over list price but this was pretty impressive.
